E&M Citco

NACDC assisted in the development of E & M Citco, located at This project entailed (1) demolition of existing building, remediation of the site, (2) construction of new building and gasoline pumps, and (3) creation of a new business and new jobs. NACDC was able to assist the owner in attracting hundreds of thousands of dollars of private capital.

A 9,060 square foot mixed-use building.  There is currently a clothing store occupying the first floor and we are in the process of leasing out 6 one-bedroom apartments on the second floor.

This is a renovation of a mixed-use building has created 18 two-bedroom apartments, 6 three-bedroom apartments and over 15,000 square feet of commercial space. The renovation was completed in 2006.

HeartLove Place *

3229 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive

In 2000 phase 1 of over 26,000 square feet of new construction. This facility included a daycare center, banquet facility and kitchen, classrooms, offices, a silk-screen business, a stage for performing arts was built to support community functions.
